The Loerie Awards Festival is in Cape Town from the 1st October until the 3rd October 2010. The Loerie Awards encompass every area of brand communication including television, radio and print advertising, graphic design, architecture, direct marketing, non-broadcast video, live events, and digital media.

Discounted Mango flights

Just saw on the Loerie Awards website that there are Discounted Mango flights for everyone attending the awards in Cape Town are available from R1474 for return flights from Jo'burg, Durban and Bloemfontein to Cape Town - including all airport taxes and VAT. Flights are available on a first-come, first-served basis and prices are only valid while capacity is available - so book yours now!

HOW TO BOOK YOUR MANGO FLIGHTS:

PLEASE NOTE: FLIGHTS ARE ONLY VALID IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE LOERIE AWARDS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN AT THE AIRPORT WITHOUT SHOWING YOUR EVENT TICKETS. Accompanying partners can fly as long as a Loeries Computicket is presented.
Call the Loeries desk at 011 359 2354 to make all your reservations. The desk is open Mon - Fri, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
You will have to provide the name of your company for any Loeries flights, as well as your contact information.
Group Bookings are possible without providing the passengers names in advance. All names will have to be provided to Mango 14 days prior to the flight. Any changes thereafter (time/date/name/route) will require a fee of R140.
One change will be allowed for all tickets without a change fee. Thereafter R140 will be charged per change.
DON'T FORGET: In addition to your flight tickets, you will have to produce your official awards ceremony tickets and ID books at the check-in counter.

Flight availability and times are on a "first come, first served" basis. Bookings need to be made as far in advance as possible bearing in mind that seats are subject to availability. Passengers will be requested to give their contact details when making their reservation.
Prices quoted based on a return ticket and are subject to prevailing airport taxes and fuel prices. Book early to avoid any increases.
The R20 booking fee is included in the price. One-way flights will be charged an additional R10 booking fee.
All ticket purchases are subject to Mango's terms and conditions, including change fees and payment terms.
