Kulula Billads 3 Mar 2008. With their innovative range of products, ideas and advertising, Kulula are fast becoming South Africa's version of the Virgin brand (Virgin and Kulula run both airlines and credit cards, and have a number of other ventures going). Kulula's latest smart idea is to use Billads' bill folder advertising platform. In other words when you are presented with your bill to pay at a restaurant, the folder the bill comes in contains a Kulula credit card ad (what better time to advertise than when one is thinking of the credit card) advising you to “give your waiter a good tip, tell him to get a kulula credit card”.
Good thinking Kulula, perhaps this advertising can be rolled out to other points of payments.
